When I was younger, I thought I would get married when I was 24.
I thought I would have my two children by the time I was 30.
I thought I would be working as a producer at a Top 10 market TV station by the time I was 34.
Instead…
I got married when I was 30.
I had Tom when I was 32.
I decided to be a stay-at-home mom when I was 33.
Today, I am 34.
And I am so happy my dreams came true when they did.
How they did.
I am living exactly the kind of life I wanted.
Just a little bit later than the younger me thought about.
But that’s because the younger me didn’t know that I needed to wait on Kev and Tom. If younger me had known that, she would’ve adjusted her plans so my life could be…
Exactly as happy as it is.
Happy Birthday to me! Woo!
Happy Birthday Kate! I am so glad you waited for Kevin. You have been blessed with a wonderful family and you are such a blessing to our family. We love you!
Two children?
Ha! I’m still behind on my plans! 🙂
