This past weekend, Kev, Tom, Rach, Matilda and I went to the zoo.
Us and about 300 million of our friends.
Except they weren’t exactly friends. They were people who were blocking our views of the animals!
*sigh*
But toward the end, we became friends.
(I swear!)
Because of Tom’s favorite stuffed animal, we made sure we saw the ELEPHANT!
Studying the ELEPHANT! with Daddy.
Looking at the naked mole rats.
Matilda pretending to be a naked mole rat.
I wanted a picture of my sister and I together. This is it. I think we should have it framed.
By mid-afternoon, there were quite a few crying children around begging for their naps. My child? Just a low, sad, tear-filled whimper. Poor baby.
He took a nap and then we immediately put him to work helping Kev put together something I have no idea how to spell.
His payment for helping was a ride around on the lawnmower. Or, as Tom likes to call it, TRUCK!
Hope you guys have a good week! LOVE!
So cute – glad you had fun at the zoo. I’m already missing my Sunday Tom Time!!!
Miss you!
Awww, he sure did get cuter!
Incidentally, I don’t believe that fence would be adequate in holding back an angry elephant. Just sayin’.
