Bits: Keri and Jon’s Wedding Edition.

So this weekend, Kev and I LEFT TOM with my parents and went to a beautiful Florida beach to watch two of our friends marry each other.

Keri is one of my greatest friends in the world and Jon has been a wonderful friend to me for…too many years for me to confess.

Don’t you think weddings are even more awesome when you are friends with both the bride and groom?

I do.

(Yeah, I used ‘I do’ on purpose there. Did you catch that? Nerdy, right? You love me.)

Anyway.

Here are some bits from our fabulous wedding-attending weekend!

I loved the flower girl and ringbearer, who happen to be Keri’s niece and nephew. In addition to petal-tossing and ring-handing-over skills, they are both awesome dancers. Waaayyy better than yours truly. I’m sure you guessed that, though.

Keri and her Dad. LOVE!

Wedding! Also, everything about this moment was seriously awesome. Just sayin’.

Jon was saying his vows to Keri here. And this is the last pic I took of the actual ceremony because I was WIPING TEARS! Ohmygosh, these two totally got me. I’m not usually a wedding crier, but jeez! They wrote their own vows and both of them did an amazing job. Really sweet and beautiful.

You know what this is? Me with a signature cocktail. Do you think I liked it?! Yeah, I’m pretty much going to need one of these every night. Arrange it.

Me and Holly! LOVE her!

The beautiful bride and I! Woo! LOVE!

The first dance. Kev and I danced some too, which was hilarious. We managed not to injure anyone, which we think means we are AWESOME dancers. (Go us.)

College reunion!

After the reception, Kev and I walked on the beach. This is our photographic evidence.

(We love long walks on the beach.)

((I just put that for the cheese factor, but in all honesty I do kinda like them.))

I may or may not have had a good time.

I may or may not have had a couple glasses of wine and/or a couple signature cocktails.

I may or may not have had a REALLY good time.

But I am definitely excited for my friends.

I think Kev summed it up best when he said to me, “I really liked being a part of the private little chicken dance club.”

Don’t worry about what exactly that means.

The gist is: He had a good time, too.

Have a good week! LOVE!
