Bits: Midwest Edition.

Last week we flew to the midwest so Tom could see/meet his great-grandmothers and extended family, and impress them with his cuteness.

(He did a good job.)

So here are some bits of our week…

Playing with his Gigi.

No baby gate? No problem! We just need a card table and a couple pair of pantyhose.

His first taste of corn on the cob.

Hiding from his Grammy.

We like to lock Tom outside on balconies. So fun!

Playing trucks with Pops.

Me: “Tom, what is that?” Tom: “Truck!” Me: “Whose is it?” Tom: “Grammy.”

Tom posing with Bob and Kaye.

Reading with Mimi.

Tom loves swinging.

And loves “runnin’!”

But hates sliding.

LOVES taking baths.

In Illinois, they had an amazing splash pad at their playground! Tom took a second to take it all in.

Then he just went for it.

He made new friends.

And had a blast running around.

Oh…and Tom got cuter.

Hope y’all have a good week! LOVE!

That must have been wonderful for the grandparents, and great to have those photos of them together as well. I love Tom’s expression in the splash pad!

The splash pad face is my favorite too. He looks like he had a great time.
