This weekend we went to the Yellow River Game Ranch again.
It was such a beautiful day on Sunday and we’d been up since 6 a.m. (thanks, time change!), so a little excursion seemed like an awesome thing to do.
And it was.
Here’s what it looked like…
Making friends with the chick-en. That’s how he says it. “Chick-en.” Wanna see?
Kevin taunting a cow with a coke.
Cows love carrots! (And coke, probably, but Kev wouldn’t share.)
Ducks!! He seriously wanted to jump in and live with them.
Daddy showing Tom the turtles.
BABY ducks! I was so excited. Way more excited than the other members of my family, but seriously?! I love baby animals. (Kate fact.)
Bunnies! He did very well with the bunnies, except for his constant need to place handfuls of dirt on their backs. Other than that, he did great.
BABY bunnies!! OMG, this was awesome. I watched them for a long time. A long time. There were four that would venture out, and one was extremely brave and hopped all over the place. They were so close!! And so little!! *squeal!*
Tom with brave baby bunny. *squeal!*
Then we met Mimi and Pops for lunch! (Tom is really great at posing for pictures.)
Hope y’all have a good week! LOVE!
oh, yay! I’m glad you went back. That place is awesome. And yes, I agree that baby anything is cute. Especially baby bunnies! You’re so lucky!
