Ocean Obsessed.

We went to the Georgia Aquarium with some friends on Monday because Tom is completely obsessed with…

1. Oceans
2. Fish
3. Whales
4. Sharks
5. Seals
6. Jellyfish
7. Nigers
8. Marlins
9. Eels
10. Starfish

He has an Oceans video he likes, and a book about the sea that he’s in love with.

He identifies everything regularly and it’s kind of the cutest thing EVER.

(He especially likes Humpback Whales, which he just calls “back whales.”)

He loved the aquarium. (As usual.)

But it was so fun to see him calling out the names of things this time.

Tom and Maxine loved the moving walkway in the tunnel o’ fish more than the fish in the tunnel o’ fish. Sillies!

Tom almost correctly identified this as a “shark whale.” Which was awesome, because I had to look at the sign to see that it was indeed, a whale shark.

Don’t you love his hair? Me too.

    Love this!
I have a video of 2-year-old Jay at the zoo pointing to the Komodo Dragon and saying “Ghana!” (Iguana). Because it looked just like the I is for Iguana in his zoo toy – the Iguana there was the same size as the Elephant, the Penguin… so a giant lizard should always be Ghana.
(See how I totally tied 2 of your posts together in one reply?)
