On Friday our playgroup met at a new park and it was quite awesome.
Caney Creek Preserve had water features for the kids, a huge sandbox and DINOSAUR FOSSILS.
I cannot tell you how much Tom loves dinosaur fossils.
It’s not quite as much as his love for trains, but it’s still serious love.
Here’s how it looked…
Climbing through a “tree tunnel.”
This was so great. The kids could press a button to make the water cascade down the “mountain” and they just loved playing in it. Victoria brought some dinosaurs, and Tom loved putting them in the water so they could take a “bath.”
This pic makes me laugh. A lot.
Fifteen minutes of me trying to get Tom to pose in the hole, and this is what I got. Perfect!
Excavating the dinosaurs from jello. LOVED this activity. So cute.
When we got home, it wasn’t so much the sand, red clay or water that Tom was covered in. It was the jello. He LOVED the jello.
Oh, and cute babies were there too.
We had a wonderful time and I can’t wait to go back.
Hope y’all have a good week! LOVE.
This is one of our favorite places to play too-the water feature is the best!
Glad the little ones had a great time! I know Addison missed seeing everyone!
Glad he had such a good time and that the jello was the best. Maxine loved that the most too! My poor baby looks like she is ready for Mardi Gras!
