Happy Thanksgiving!
I love wishing people a Happy Thanksgiving in May, don’t you? 😉
Thank you for bearing with me while I write these catch up posts!
Thanksgiving was everything it was supposed to be — a fun and relaxing time with family and lots of good food!
We celebrated with Mimi and Pops, and Amy and Kyle and the cousins before Thanksgiving, but for some reason, I have no photos from it! We took them — I just don’t have them!
(Picture lots of smiling faces!)
Wait! Here’s one of a traditional Thanksgiving race!
(Note: Not really.)
On Thanksgiving, we headed down to my parents’ house to spend it with them. It was great weather, my mom went all out, Tom ate his weight in carrot casserole, and we had the best time.
After Thanksgiving, we headed to my parents’ farm for a few days — missing black Friday by hanging outside instead. The. Best.
Here’s how it looked…
There was dancing with Grandma in the kitchen…
Playing football with PawPaw…
Acting silly…
And acting (slightly) normal…
Plus a sunny bike ride…
And…no Black Friday sales for us! We were doing this instead…
Huck had never seen cows. He was shaking he was so anxious to bark at them, but he was way too scared to do it! He barked viciously as we drove away in the golf cart though. 😉
Ending with a couple pictures from Alice’s school Thanksgiving…
So thankful for these people! LOVE!
